We all know that exercise has tremendous benefits for us, but exercising isn't always all that enjoyable. Our advice is to find a way to move that brings you joy. Whether it's gardening or pole dancing, who cares as long as you're moving. Here's a video for inspiration.

When designing your exercise routine is important to get a balance of three types of movement. Cardiovascular exercise for heart health, circulation and the added benefits of lighting up your brain and supporting your mental wellbeing. Weight bearing exercise for muscle strength and bone density especially in women to prevent osteoporosis. Flexibility and core exercise for mobility, posture and prevent injury and back or neck issues.
