Energising Team Days

with a Difference

Designed in partnership with

OzHarvest and Studio Enti

Show you care about the wellbeing of your team by rewarding them in a fun and healthy way that is memorable, for the right reasons.

To be our best for the people we care about, we need to look after ourselves first.

- Create a personal well-being plan to maximise their energy and be the best version of themselves in 2019

- Learn how to have simple coaching conversations to support each other's well-being

- Bond while creating delicious and nutritious meals that will be delivered to various local charities in Sydney on the same day

We're energised when we use our strengths in ways that create a meaningful impact to the people or causes we care about.

Inspired by the Japanese wisdom of Ikigai

(translates as 'reason for being') and the creativity of Kinstugi (golden joinery) we join ceramicist Naomi Taplin for this two-part, full-day experience.

Your team will:

- Use design thinking and positive psychology methods to identify their superpowers and recognise these in others

- Create a personal 'Ikigai' board and vision for 2019

- Bond while transforming a worn or broken item into a beautifully crafted new piece to be treasured for years to come. We encourage you to bring your own item or we can also supply all materials.
