Often when we think about our strengths (that is if we do at all) we focus on what we do. Positive psychology research has found that if instead, we focus on our character strengths, who we are, it has a huge impact on our wellbeing and happiness.
In fact, when we are aware of our character strengths we are 6x more likely to be engaged at work and 3x more likely to report having an excellent quality of life.
